Mainframe Developer
Job Description:
We are an enterprise software company whose real-time software and services allow IT system managers to detect, diagnose, and prevent performance problems in the most complex, mission critical, and diverse computing environments. We are seeking a proven, dynamic individual for a unique and exciting opportunity in Software Development
Debugging and resolve customer problems including nitration with end-users.
Designs and writes technical specifications and verifies operations through testing.
Verifies program logic by preparation of test data, testing and debugging of programs.
Participates in overall systems testing.
Develops documentation and participates in the development of department technical procedures.
Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area.
Job Requirements:
· 3-5 years experience required in PLUS / UPLS, MASM, and UC programming languages.
· Candidate should be a self-starter requiring little or no supervision and have solid analytical, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
· General knowledge of OS2200 system components such as: SIP, KONS, MCP, TIP, UDS, MAPPER, and System Log.
· Experience with Unisys Clear Path OS2200.
· College degree preferred but not required.
