Managed Print Sales (MPS) Consultants

Job Description:

TechStructures, LLC, was founded in 2002 as an application development and consulting company providing custom software development services based on Microsoft’s web and database development tools. In 2003, local businesses began soliciting us to consult on the management of their local and wide area networks. After exhaustive research of market needs, we discovered that most network support firms worked on a reactive and not proactive maintenance approach. As more companies relied on us for remote maintenance and network monitoring, we developed the first version of our monitoring software, TechSentry®. TechSentry allows our Network Engineers the ability to monitor in near real time what is going on with a customer’s network to avoid costly downtime.

Through further experience gained supporting customer networks, TechStructures learned that most small- and medium-sized business can benefit from the technologies and infrastructure utilized by our larger clients. Response to this need has blossomed into offerings ranging from single business applications such as electronic fax (goFaxPro) to hosted Microsoft Exchange Server (goOutlook) to entire networks, through TechStructures' goHostPro application.

Managed Print Sales (MPS) Consultants

The Managed Print Services business is the fastest growing area of office technology sales and its growth is being fueled by the recession. Our Managed Print Sales Consultants are charged with helping clients create strategies for controlling the rising costs of documents and increasing user productivity through the implementation of outsourced services, products and programs.

Responsibilities:
•        Meet and consult face-to-face with C-Level executives regarding business objectives
•        Sell products via telephone, web, or e-mail.
•        Identify, target, qualify and close new business opportunities.
•        Work closely with internal and field sales to meet sales objectives.
•        Provide a positive and rewarding customer experience.
•        Build customer relationships and assist customers in developing business solutions.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, abilities and attributes:
•        Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
•        4+ years outside sales experience
•        Office technology or services sales experience a plus
•        Strong communication, organization and presentation skills
•        Proficient in the use of MS Office; Salesforce.com
•        Strong work ethic
•        Self directed
