NewCo are pioneers in advanced molecular laboratory and esoteric laboratory services. With enhanced scientific focus and information handling capabilities, we will leverage the new science of pharmacogenomics towards developing treatments that target specific genes. We are currently looking for a Project Manager who can create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Project Manager
Summary:
· Help define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle
· Manage day-to-day operational aspects of project scope
· Identify resources needed and coordinate the efforts of team members in order to deliver projects according to plan
· Track and manage project budgets
· Review deliverables prepared by team
· Effectively applies project management methodology and enforces project standards
· Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
· Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
· Tracks and reports project hours and expenses on a weekly basis
· Facilitates team meetings effectively
· Effectively communicates relevant project information to stakeholders and leadership
· Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change
· Communicates effectively to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions

Job Requirements:
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or PMP certification would be preferred
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· General understanding of project management software tools, including MS Project
· Maintains strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
· Understands basic financial models and cost-to-completion projections
· Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and remain on the forefront of emerging industry practices
