Job Description:
Retention Specialist needed. Will take escalated calls transferred from customer service or supporting departments. Will be responsible for recovery of accounts that are in a delinquent status. Outbound calls, emails and traditional mail will be utilized to make direct contact with customer to resell services and obtain updated account information. Inside sales, customer service, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook experience required. Must be self-motivated and have the ability to learn quickly, adapt to procedural change while keeping a positive attitude. Will work to develop relationships with vendors, merchants, and other departments.
