Sales Consultant (Scottsdale)
We are seeking money-motivated Sales Consultants to join ourScottsdale District Sales Team (Scottsdale office) to continue leveraging our growth in the Phoenix market. We are looking for someone who can prospect aggressively, identify value-added opportunities and sell solutions for complex human resource needs.
We offer a generous base salary plus unlimited commissions, as well as generous personal time off and paid holidays starting day one!
Rewards:
•Guaranteed base ($62,700K) plus bonuses
•No caps on commissions (uncapped residuals!$!) OTE 1st Year $90K-$120K

Essential Functions:
•Prospect, generate leads and cold call on business owners to explain how Administaff can take their company to the next level
•Travel throughout the market area - open territories!!

Qualifications:
•MUST have at least 7 years of B2B outside intangible selling experience
•5 plus years B2B selling to small and medium sized companies in the Phoenix market
•Successful and stable sales track record
•Aggressive prospecting ability to find and generate new business
•A winning and entrepreneurial attitude
