Sr. Business Process Lead SAP PLM

Position Overview
The Sr. Business Process Lead - SAP PLM is responsible for the development and support of the company's global SAP PLM instance by working closely with the business using the Six Sigma methodology to capture requirements for changes or new requirements. This position will assess the impact of proposed changes; working with third-party consultants and Information Technology personnel, as required, to ensure that the changes are delivered, and then supporting the business through the implementation process. In addition, the Sr. Business Process Lead - SAP PLM may be responsible for the development, documentation, and implementation of new or modified business system software supplied by other third-party vendors.
Position Responsibilities
· Using the Six Sigma methodology, provide application technical leadership in the assigned discipline for developments and problem solving involving an in dept understanding of the SAP application.
· Provides technical level business level user support, and appropriate training for current, new, or modified SAP PLM or external engineering business applications.
· Consults with users to determine and document requirements for modifying or creating business applications.
· Determines configuration changes needed due to business acquisitions, changes in the Cameron organizational structure, or new or enhanced SAP PLM applications. Configures and tests assigned portion of the SAP system by modifying data in tables. Reviews and reconciles results to ensure correctness.
· May perform project management tasks, including the production of project specifications, project plans, and other documents.
· Consults with management regarding the capabilities of the existing system and possible uses of those capabilities.
· Documents new transactions and business processes.
· May design screens and reports.
· Examines results of changes made by programming staff to ensure that results are correct.
· Monitors assigned areas to ensure production system is functioning as designed and implemented.
· Identifies and recommends new tools and procedures that will lead to improved performance in the assigned area of responsibility.
Job Requirements:
Skills and Experience
· 7+ years IT industry experience
· 3+ years SAP PLM configuration experience with one or more of the following processes - ECR/ECO, Classification, Material Masters, BOMs, Document Management, and other standard and custom related SAP PLM or Engineering modules.
· Demonstrated project experience with full lifecycle SAP/PLM implementation
· 2+ years preferred experience working with Six Sigma methodology and processes
